Mr. Mayfield

Hello...

Officer Mayfield here; I am one of the Law Enforcement/ Criminal Justice teachers for Roosevelt HS. I hold the highest level of policing as a Master Peace Officers for the state of Texas. I have been policing for 10 years thus far. I am the lead field training officer (Lead FTO) for the Bexar County Constables Office. I am currently a deputy with the warrant & community division.

In 2015 I received a reward for "Police Officer of the year". I have my degree in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M. I instruct a junior police officer program for our youth here at Roosevelt HS. I am highly competitive with a soft heart; I love our students.

I have the opportunity to bring real life experiences into the classroom. I believe every adult on our campus is a walking example of atainment. I am a proud husband and father, my wife is also employeed in the education field.

All of our students are unique, I take that into consideration with my instruction. All I ask for is effort; with your effort we will conquer our obstacles together.
