Robert Baker

Welcome Video for Mr. Baker's Social Studies

I am a 6th grade social studies teacher here at Lopez MS. I am also the tennis coach for 7th and 8th grade boys and girls. I’m beginning my 34th year of teaching (all in NEISD). I helped open Lopez in 2007 and feel very fortunate to teach here in the Stone Oak community.

 I was born in Jefferson City, Missouri. I have lived here in San Antonio for 50 years. I’m a graduate of John Marshall HS and UTSA. I have a brother who is retired from teaching and coaching. My older sister lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico. My hobbies include traveling, going to concerts and sporting events, photography, and collecting shoes.
