Ms. Diana Flagg

Born in Fort Belvoir, VA.  The fourth child of an "on the move" military family.  Raised in San Antonio, TX. after having lived in Virginia and Germany. 

I am a NEISD graduate, beginning with Serna Elementary, Garner Middle School, and Mac Arthur High School.  I graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with specializations in Mathematics and Reading.

I have a wonderful daughter, Amanda, who graduated from Madison High School, 2005, after four very enlightening years!!  She then graduated from Emerson College, in Boston, MA., May 2008, after only 3 years!  She has a degree in Writing/Literature/ Publishing, with two minors, Photography and Graphic Design.  She currently resides and works, in Portland, OR, as a Quality Engineer II (IT), at Renew Financial, after leaving Nike, in Beaverton, OR, following 2+ wonderful years in an IT position working on their webpage. 

My first year teaching was at IKE, Eisenhower Middle School, with 6th Grade Regular, Honors and G/T Mathematics.  The 2018-2019, school year, will be my 17th, amazingly wonderful, year teaching at Bradley Middle School. The first four years in 6th Grade Regular and Pre-AP Mathematics. The next ten year in 7th Grade Regular and Pre-AP Mathematics.
And now my third year in 8th Grade Regular and Algebra I/Pre-AP Math. 

Some of my Personal Hobbies include - Traveling, Native Texas landscaping, fitness running and biking, enjoying my wonderful dog, Lucy, listening to music, cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
