Hi! I'm Ms. Sandoval and this is my fifth year at Northern Hills. I'm really looking forward to returning to fifth grade. I have taught mostly third and fifth grade in previous years. 

I recently completed my sixth year with NEISD. As I mentioned before I have taught both third and fifth grade at NEISD. Prior to joining NEISD, I taught first grade in Bastrop, Texas.  I then moved back to San Antonio to be closer to my family. I graduated from Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. I've known since I was eight years old that I wanted to become a teacher. I love working with children and having the opportunity to see their academic growth throughout the school year fascinates me.

I grew up in San Antonio and have lived here most of my life. I joined the Navy when I graduated from high school. I had the opportunity to live in and visit several cities throughout the country, but there's no place like home. When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family including my two dogs.
