Welcome Little Patriots! I hope to get to know your child and family so we can team up to: focus on academic growth, practice healthy  habits that will help us create lifelong learners and friendships. This is my 21st year in education. I am a local Edison Bear, and Texas State Bobcat Graduate. Family, love and a consistent school structure were the foundations of my childhood. Mom modeled reading, creativity, calmness, and took us to church. Dad worked hard as a motor mechanic, modeled good communication, giving us loving limits and consequences. With the struggles and sacrifices I observed in my parent’s lives, hard work in school, participation in sports, I did not give up on grabbing the baton and continuing where they left off. We learn through not having everything done for us, and through empathetic consequences. We learn through struggle! Diversity cannot define you… how will you go through it?
