This is my sixteenth year teaching at Hardy Oak and my twelfth in First Grade.  Teaching is my calling and I feel blessed to be able to do what I love.  I have been married to my wonderful husband, Rick, for thirty years and we have two beautiful daughters, Katie, is twenty-eight, and Karley is twenty-six.  Katie works as a sales rep in Austin and Karley works as a marketing project manager in Dallas.  Karley married her husband, Tate, in January 2023. We are also the proud parents of a fur baby yellow lab named Tucker.  He's seven and loves to go on long walks and to chase a ball.
