Hello and welcome to another year at Colonial Hills! My name is Mrs. Celeste Hernandez. I'm so excited about this coming school year. I have been a teacher for 17 years and this will be my 10th year at Colonial Hills. I love being a 3rd grade bilingual teacher. I am a graduate from the University of Texas Pan American. I have a Bachelors in Bilingual Education, a Masters in Science, and a Masters in Educational Leadership. I'm originally from Pharr, Texas in the Rio Grande Valley. I'm so fortunate to be part of such a wonderful campus. This is going to be a great year!

Tengo un Bachillerato en Educación Bilingüe, una Maestría en Ciencias y una Maestría en Liderazgo Educativo. Soy originalmente de Pharr, Texas en el Valle del Río Grande.
