Mrs. Hutchinson

Hello my JMS students and parents!

My name is Courtney Hutchinson, and I am proud to be a Jackson Jaguar!  I grew up a military brat, but San Antonio is where my family retired and is what I consider HOME!  I've earned both my Bachelor's and my Masters Degree in Communication Studies from Texas State University.  This will be my 9th year of teaching and 6th year at Jackson.  I am proud to be a part of the Jaguar family full of amazing faculty.

Middle school is my passion, as I love being a part of helping my students grow and mature.  In my time with each student, I work to help all progress in their development—academic, social, life skills, and more.  I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures this growth in a positive, safe, and fun environment.  

I plan to keep you informed, as I know how critical the teacher/parent relationship is to ensuring such success.  Please reach out to me with any needs, and I will always do my best for YOU!  I am here for each of my students.
