Amado Luis

Hello!  And welcome to the 2022/2023 school year!  My name is Amado Luis and this is my first year at LEE HS.  It is also my first year in NEISD. 

This is my 17th year teaching and I have been fortunate to have taught and coached at other schools in San Antonio and the surrounding area.  I received my teaching certificate in 2005 after graduating with a degree in mathematics from Texas A&M University - Kingsville. I am certified in Mathematics 8 - 12 and Special Education K - 12.  This year I will be teaching Geometry for LEE HS and have the opportunity to be an assistant coach for girls basketball and track.    

I am originally from San Antonio and enjoy watching sports, movies, and traveling whenever possible.  I also enjoy spending time with my wife (who is also and educator) and our two dogs as much as possible. 

I am excited to be part of the LEE family and hope that everyone has a great year!
