I am a 7th grade ELAR teacher at Bush Middle School.  I am originally from Florida. I moved a lot since marrying my husband, because he was in the military (Air Force) for many years.  I am a co-sponsor for the Student2Student Club which welcomes new students to Bush Middle School especially but not only military families.  In my family we have one young adult son, one young adult daughter and two cats.  We have lived in Texas since 2005, and I enjoy traveling. I have taught elementary school before.  I love to read and to teach others to enjoy reading.  I became an English Language and Reading teacher with an English as a Second Language endorsement most recently.  I was a substitute in NEISD for two years before joining the faculty at Bush in 2020.  I am happy to be a part of the Bush Bulldog family, and I look forward to getting to know all of you better.
