Ed White students are assigned to a team of teachers for their major academic subjects. Academic teams are made up of a Reading teacher, a Math teacher, a Science teacher, a History teacher, a Special Education teacher, with input from the electives and physical education teachers as required for each student. |

A student's assignment to a team is indicated on the computer-generated course schedule given each student on the first day of school. There are two to three teams for each grade level, 6th, 7th and 8th. Besides academic teams, students are supported by elective teachers, the counseling office, the front office staff and many para-professionals who work together to provide the best education possible.
