The Ed White Library, with over 17,000 volumes, offers a full range of library services. Students, teachers, and the community have access to books, magazines, and a large selection of audio-visual materials to assist them in their class work and to encourage reading for fun. Last year, the library accommodated over 1500 classes and 80 meetings for various faculty groups and the PTA Board. Special activities held in the library were many multi-class video viewings, Career Day, storytellers, and Book Fair.

To promote reading among the Ed White students, the Library conducts Reading Is Fundamental book distributions and has instituted the Accelerated Reader program. Accelerated Reader is a reading motivation program in which students read books, take tests on the computer, and earn points for prizes. There are 2500 books labeled as Accelerated Reader test books in our Library.
