REGISTRATION INFORMATION
We will enroll new kindergarten students (MUST BE 5 YEARS OF AGE BY 9/1/13) as well as students in 1st -5th grades that are new to NEISD. Registration requirements are posted below. Kinder round up will begin April 10th from 11:30 - 12:15.

Required Items for Registration
1. Proof of Residency
Home Owner- Current copy of the entire CPS or SAWS bill. We can not take the mailing coupon.
Leaser/Renter- Current signed lease with parent listed on the lease.
2. Student's Certified -State issued- Birth Certificate (Copies or Hospital records cannot be accepted).
3. Social Security Card -original.
4. Immunization Record - Students who are not fully immunized will not be registered. For complete Immunization Information, click here.
5. Picture ID of the person registering the student.
6. Previous School address & the last report card (for first grade and up)
