Immunization Requirements |

law and North East Policy require that all students be fully immunized at the
time of registration. Students not providing proof of immunization will not be
enrolled.
Polio
3 doses with booster after 4th birthday

A (New Requirement) Effective
August 1, 2003
– Children born on or after September 2, 1992, attending school or child-care facilities in San Antonio/Bexar County will be
required to have received two doses of Hepatitis A vaccine (administered
on or after their second birthday). There must be a minimum of 6 months
between the first and second dose. Chicken Pox (Varicella) Requirements for children born on or after 9/2/94 1 dose Requirements
