Registration Requirements for NEISD
In order to register in a NEISD school, the following items should be taken to your local campus.
Proof of residency:
must be a CPS or water bill or
lease agreement with children's names listed on the contract
Official Birth Certificate
Social Security Card
Immunization Records--up to date
