Kids Challenge
CATCH
Program (Coordinated Approach to Child Health)

The CATCH program signs have been made and posted
in teacher’s rooms. Please send in wrappers or symbols from food items
to classrooms. Classes will place the items under
the appropriate signs. "Go" are
all fruits and vegetables, beans, fish, and milk. "Slow" foods are meats, cheeses, breads, pastas, and carbohydrates.
"Whoa"
foods are desserts, anything high in saturated fats, sugars, and salt
(sodium). Lets help our children decide if they are eating nutritiously!
