The primary
goal of the Health Services program is to maximize each student's potential for
growth and development. The services and the screening programs help to
promote health and health education. All procedures are outlined in the
Student/ Parent Handbook for Elementary Schools.

Medication
Information
- Medication is safely
stored in the Serna Clinic.
- Parents or guardians
must bring medications to the clinic.
- Students MAY NOT
carry medications.
- Medications will NOT
be sent home with the child, nor may the child bring medication to school.
- Medications MUST be
in original prescription container.
Communicable
Diseases
Students are to be free of fever and communicable diseases in order to attend
school.
All records of
immunizations are required to be updated and on file for all students.
