Medication Information: All medication is safely stored in the Serna Clinic. Parent or guardian must bring medications to the clinic. Students MAY NOT carry medications. Medications MUST be in original presecription container.
Communicable Diseases: Students are to be free of fever and communicalbe diseases in order to attend school.
Immunizations: All records fo immunizations are required to be updated and on file for all students.

In addition to existing immunization requirements, students starting kindergarten on or after Aug. 24, 2009 must have two doses of the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine and two doses of the Varicella (Chickenpox) Vaccine.
