The North East ISD PAL program is one of the largest in the state.

NEISD has active PAL programs in every middle school and high school throughout the district. PAL students are given opportunities to participate in leadership training, peer mediation training, community service training, mentoring training and many, many other social skill building opportunities.

They contribute thousands of community service hours throughout the district and community as well as providing service learning activities on each campus.

Mentoring is one of the main tasks for every PAL, and this is done in a variety of ways. HS students often mentor elementary students as well as freshmen on their own campus and those new to the school campus.

PALs in NEISD are some of the most trusted and gifted students and are creative in their service delivery options.
