ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION: ORGANIZATION CHARTS		BKA (R)
	The Superintendent shall annually prepare an organizational chart of the District. The Superintendent shall have the authority to reorganize lines of authority and revise the organizational chart as necessary. Board policy gives the Superintendent authority to assign and reassign all personnel.
AUTHORITY CHART	The Authority Chart shall be a part of the District Internal Audit function. The Authority Chart shall be used as quick reference to determine levels of decision making authorization. All staff members shall be held accountable for that level of authorization. When reading the Authority Chart, the position listed first is the level at which the decision making process is initiated. The position listed last has final authority over the decision.
