| Medication Information: All medication is safely stored in the Regency Clinic. Parent or guardian must bring medications to the clinic. Students MAY NOT carry medications. Medications MUST be in original prescription container. |
| Communicable Diseases: Students are to be free of fever and communicable diseases in order to attend school. |
| Immunizations: All records of immunizations are required to be updated and on file for all students. |
NO SHOT'S, NO SCHOOL, NO KIDDING In addition to existing immunization requirements, students starting kindergarten on or after Aug. 24, 2009 must have two doses of the Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (MMR) Vaccine and two doses of the Varicella (Chickenpox) Vaccine. The first doses of each of these vaccines must have been given on or after the first birthday. |
