North East Independent School District is committed to making school facilities available for use by the community. First priority is always given to the education of students. The Office of Procurement & eCommerce administers facility use during non-school hours including weekends and evenings. Interested patrons should contact the Office of Procurement & eCommerce to arrange for space in all NEISD schools. Usage fees vary according to the type of group and the space utilized. Space available includes gyms, auditoriums, classrooms, multi-purpose rooms and playing fields.

For additional information, contact Yolanda Benavides at (210) 804-7100 x254 / email at ybenav@neisd.net or Susanne Baker at (210) 804-7100 x402 / email sbaker@neisd.net.

Important Insurance Note

NOTE: All groups must submit proof of liability insurance at the same time the Facility Use Application Form is submitted. Liability insurance may be obtained as a separate policy or as a rider. North East Independent School District must be listed as an "Additionally Insured" on the insurance certificate. If you are part of an organized group, the limits of liability are $1,000,000. PDF Documents

First and foremost, you must have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader Software loaded on your computer if you wish to view or print a PDF document. If you have clicked on one of our PDF document links and nothing has happened, or your browser opens up a "download box" on your screen, then you most likely don't have the Acrobat Reader on your computer. If this is the case, click HERE to get Adobe Acrobat Reader FREE!

If you wish to know more about the PDF document format, please read on...

Downloading a PDF document is particularly appropriate for documents that are lengthy, highly formatted (for instance, an application form or brochure, or official in nature. The advantage of this format is that it offers a "picture perfect" reproduction of the hard copy document in question and does not vary, as HTML formatted documents do, from browser to browser.

Warning: Depending on the speed of your modem and the bandwidth of your Internet connection, a longer PDF document can take anything from a few seconds to half an hour to download. During that time it may appear that nothing is happening, or your browser may "time-out" (shut down) during the process. In some cases, you can just go back to the link, click to download it again, and it will finish the process.

Depending on your computer's configuration, a PDF document may either open up "inside" your browser window, or it may open up as an external document, much like a downloaded word processing document. If you are having difficulty opening up a PDF document, or if you want to save it to your computer, you can "right click" on the link to the document itself (or if you have a Mac, hover your mouse over the link and hold the button down to get the "save as" menu), then save it to your computer, and open it up in Acrobat Reader outside of the browser environment.

Finally, unless you have the relatively rare complete Adobe Acrobat program (not just Acrobat Reader) on your computer, you will not be able to modify a downloaded PDF document on your computer. If you are viewing PDF documents inside your browser, please use Acrobat's own "Print" icon, directly above the document, rather than the browser's print button.
