General Handling
Mail services does not apply postage to personal mail. It is a service proved by the District that handles all mailing needs, including internal delivery to every campus and department once a day.

Envelope flaps must be sealed or in the down position, only. Do not insert unsealed flaps into the envelope.

Please group your mail
All first class together, bulk rate together, etc. Receiving mail that has been grouped together will greatly speed up the mail room process.

Please be aware that due to extra handling, mail on red, pink, orange or dark colored paper / envelopes, may be delayed and/or incur additional charges.
