Paul Snyder, a Churchill High School student, won the Class 5A boys race during the Region IV Cross Country meet on Saturday, Nov. 8 at Brooks City-Base.

"Snyder led the Churchill Boy's Varsity Cross Country team to win the District 25-5A Cross Country Meet," said Amy Robbins, Cross Country Coach. Snyder placed first at the 5A Region IV race and qualified to race in the 5A State Cross Country meet in Round Rock.

Last year, Snyder was the regional runner-up in the Regional Meet.
