The Churchill High School jazz bands earned top marks at the Rio Grande Valley Jazz Festival held in Donna, Texas Apr. 18-19. Jazz I took first place honors and was named overall Best Band. The Jazz II took third place. Close to 50 students represented Churchill in the competition.
