On Feb. 24, 24 Churchill High School physics students took part in the Tests of Engineering Aptitude, Mathematics and Science (TEAMS) contest. The Varsity "A" team of Scott Huff, Lauren Slattery, Kaitan Mahbubani, Blake Wolf, Brian Katz, Monica Petluru, Caitlyn Bair and Brand Chen took the first place prize and will advance to the national level of competition in April.

TEAMS is a one day, two-part national competition designed to challenge high school students to work together as a team to apply knowledge learned in the classroom to real-world engineering scenarios.
