Sam Almaguer, a senior at Churchill High School and first chair clarinetist, was selected to participate in From the Top, a national radio show. Featuring musicians from across the nation, From the Top will be taped on Saturday, September 13 at 7 p.m. at Trinity University's Laurie Auditorium. This episode, however, will broadcast during the week of December 7.

From the Top is a non-profit organization featuring the nation's young classical musicians. Through radio and television broadcasts, online media, and a national tour of live events and outreach programs, these performers work to help inspire the pursuit of excellence and encourage participation in the arts.
