Three Roosevelt High School students won the Windcrest Optimist Club's Optimist International Essay Contest. The students are Hyun Kim, Robin Provorse and Sabrina Martinez. These students will be recognized at a breakfast and awards ceremony on April 1, 2008 at 6:30 a.m. at the Windcrest Civic Center. The students will also read their winning essays and receive their awards.
