CALLING ALL AVID RUNNERS AND WEEKEND WARRIORS: The Churchill High School Cross Country team is holding its second Charger 5K run/walk on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at McAllister Park, Pavilion 2 (13102 Jones Maltsberger Rd.). Participants can run, walk or just come out and show the team your support. The cost to participate is $20, and includes a t-shirt and refreshments.
This year, the school will donate 10% of proceeds to the Brighton School for Autism.
Registration cost will increase to $25 after August 13, 2008.
