In collaboration with Councilman John G. Clamp, the James Madison High School color guard will participate in a symbolic flag raising ceremony at the Semmes Library (15060 Judson Rd.) on Friday, Feb. 29, 2008 at 9 a.m. in honor of Texas Independence and Texas Flag Day.
The Semmes Library is the first library in District 10 to receive the Texas state flag.
