Traffic Violations

 

The North East I.S.D. Police Department enforces school zones throughout the District. Drivers stopped for violating a school zone speed limit may be issued a citation. All citations are filed with the Bexar County Justice of the Peace Courts.

 

In addition, passing a school bus that has stopped, extended it's stop sign and initiated it's red lights is a traffic offense as well . Drivers stopped for violating this statute may be issued a citation. All citations are filed with the Bexar County Justice of the Peace Courts.

Identity Theft

All students, staff and visitors are reminded to make sure that you keep your personal belongings with you, or secured at all times while on District property. If you believe that you have become a victim of identity theft, you should contact the following organizations:

 1. A law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the location that you were victimized at.
