Information REQUIRED to register at Northwood Elementary: Summer Registration will be June 5th - June 26th , 2008. It will start again on July 29th, 2008. 1. Legal Guardian must register the child (if custody is involved, please be sure to bring legal documentation/decree--copy will be made & returned to you). 2. Proof of Residency --If a house, a utility bill will be fine. If an apartment, the lease is required & the child's name MUST appear on the lease. 3. Official Birth Certificate for the child. 4. Immunizations - must be up to date (for the child). 5. Social Security Card - for the child. 6. Any information from previous schools (withdrawal form, report card, test scores, etc...) 7. Picture ID from parent / guardian. If you have any questions, please call the school at 210.805.5150 during school hours.
