NEISD Ratings
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has the responsibility of assigning districts and campuses accountability ratings each year. The four levels of ratings are:
- EXEMPLARY
- RECOGNIZED
- ACADEMICALLY ACCEPTABLE
- ACADEMICALLY UNACCEPTABLE
For the 2010-11 school year, North East ISD received a rating of RECOGNIZED for the district.
North East ISD had 25% of the campuses rated as EXEMPLARY, 37% as RECOGNIZED, and 38% as ACADEMICALLY ACCEPTABLE. No campuses in the district received a rating of ACADEMICALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
