Another very important service is the site based support provided to our customers by the Cluster Facility Managers and Site Support Technicians.  Each of the major high schools have a Cluster Facility Manager directly assigned to their campus.  Additionally, each cluster of elementary campuses has a Site Support Technician that supports those smaller, multiple sites.

The Cluster Facility Managers and Site Support Technicians are diversely skilled tradesmen that are equipped and stocked to perform those minor repairs and maintenance tasks that are beyond the capability of the head custodian but do not warrant the dispatch of a Maintenance technician.  If the task requires special materials, tools or higher expertise, the Facility Managers and Support Technicians will request assistance through their Foreman, Roger Montano, from the appropriate shop for accomplishment.
