Chris Munoz has been selected as the North East Independent School District, Facility Maintenance and Support Department Employee of the Month for June 2013.

 

Chris has been an employee with the District since August 2004. Prior to joining the Maintenance department, Chris was a receiving manager for Wal-Mart from 2002-2004.  Chris started out with the district in the Grounds Department while attending to school to better himself.  He currently works for the District as an Electrician. Chris is a highly motivated and dedicated employee with an upbeat and positive attitude. He always goes the "extra mile" in support of the Maintenance mission.  Chris works promptly, efficiently and produces the highest quality level of work.  His experience in construction and maintenance makes him an invaluable asset to the School District.

 

He graduated from Marshall High School in 2002 and married his lovely wife, Esmee. They have 2 kids - Nathan (8) and Sebastian (9 mo.).

 

Some of his hobbies include going to Sea World, parks and spending time with the family.
