Withdrawing From School |
When it becomes necessary for a student to withdraw from school, the parent or guardian should make an appointment with the student's administrator to complete a withdrawal form. On the student's last day of attendance, the student must turned in all books and ID card. The student will be instructed to take the withdrawal slip and the book clearance form to the registrar in the counselor's office. On the request of the receiving school, a transcript will be sent to the new school.
