Students cannot possess, buy or consume cigarettes or other tobacco products on district property. If caught they could face:
Failure to attend Tobacco Awareness Course or perform community services, may result in suspension of driver’s license as well.
- A fine of $250
- Be made to attend a Tobacco Awareness Course
- Perform community-service
Consequences for use or possession on campus or at school-related or school-sanctioned activity on or off school property are as follows:
