PROJECT GRADUATION

To all Senior parents;

Congratulations, your student’s senior year is finally here. We are looking forward to a great year. We want to have a successful year for all seniors.

It is time to start planning “Project Graduation” for 2008. Project Graduation is an alcohol-free and drug-free, all night adult-supervised party for seniors on the night of graduation. This is a great way for teens to commemorate their graduation. It is a time to celebrate achievements, time to make future plans and to celebrate graduation safely.

Project Graduation is a parent sponsored event. Last year the parents organized the event at “Life Time” fitness club. The students had a great time. There are many expenses involved in giving a party for the entire class of 2008, project graduation is a huge endeavor, and the senior class needs your help! We are asking you, the parents, to assist in any way you can. If you can volunteer for a committee, we would appreciate the donation of your time. If you cannot help with planning and or supervising project graduation, please send a monetary donation. We will appreciate any amount you can donate.

We are also asking for donated prizes to give away (ea. TV, DVD player, microwave, movie tickets and items that students can use when leaving for college). You may have a business or know of a business that would be able to support Project Graduation 2008 with money or prizes.
