Note to Web Authors

       If you need help on how to enable your Teacher Web to function
            as an Organization/Club website, please contact the
            Instructional Tech Specialist, Caitlin Pantet

If you are including student photos and names in your webpages....

Case 1 : And you have access to the NEISD Intranet,

Please make sure that the inclusion of the student name and/or picture
in your webpages satisfy the internet parental permissions

To do this

Click the INTRANET link

Click Check Internet Permissions

Log in

Enter student's first and last name

Example below does not allow inclusion of student photo, just name (in a webpage)

Example below allows inclusion/publication of student's full name and picture

Case 2 : If you don't have access to the INTRANET,
just send me the first and last name and I can check it for you.

Case 3 : If parents are willing to have internet permissions changed,
print this form and have parents sign it

If you are sending me updates to your webpages
and you are ON-campus

1. Just paste your folder to the following network address

Staff_shared -> Website Updates

2. Please send me email that you have done so

If you are sending me updates to your webpages
and you are OFF-campus

You may zip your files in a folder and send it as an attachment thru email
