Restaurant Management ( Culinary Arts )

      Restaurant Management is open to those students who

are interested in pursuing a career in the fields of hospitality, food production,

and restaurant management.  It is a two credit class open to those students who

will be sixteen at the beginning of the school year.  Many of the topics that are

covered are: garnishing, safety & food sanitation, sauces, yeast products, desserts

soups, and more.  It is a hands-on class where students prepare and make

lunch for our customers ( teachers & guests to Madison) and dine in our

restaurant setting. It is a wonderful learning experience!
