How to send
material?

Information - Send
information in the body of a plain text e-mail message or as an
attached .txt file.

Printable Documents - These
will be converted to .pdf files for posting. You may send files
in any of the following formats: Word, Works, Excel,
Rich Text Format, or Acrobat .pdf.

Photos - Send .jpg, .gif,
.bmp, or .png graphics in an e-mail message as
attached files.

Videos - Send .wmv, .avi,
.mpg, .mp4, or .mov files on a CD-ROM. We may
edit them for file size.

PowerPoint - Power Point
Presentations may be placed on the internet. I
will provide a link for visitors who don't have the software to
get a free download of Microsoft's Power Point Viewer.

Publisher - This is not
a compatible format. Before sending your file, use the
"Save As" feature to save your file as a Word .doc, or
as a Web Page .htm. Then e-mail it. Some formatting and
graphics may be lost. You may also use your menu to
extract the text and the graphics as separate files, then send
them to me separately.
