The physical fitness team (PFT) focuses on conditioning the body to be able to do massive amounts of physical activity such as push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, and many miles of running. The team competes at many competitions to test their physical fitness skills and endurance against schools from all over Texas.  Practice begins at 6:00 AM Monday-Friday and ends promptly at 7:00 AM.
