Interesting Facts: Natalie has enjoyed educating and counseling students for 28 years in NEISD as an elementary teacher and a high school counselor. She is married to John and has 2 children. Zack is a math teacher and coach at Nimitz Middle School. Kelsey is a sophomore at North West Vista studying to become a nurse. Natalie and John enjoy running, traveling, and climbing some of the highest peaks in Colorado.

Interesting Facts: Kim is married and has two boys (8th and 10th grade). This is her 23th year in the district and her 18th year as a counselor. She loves working with students and spending time with her family. When her boys are not involved with soccer they enjoy camping with family and friends.

Interesting Facts: Samantha FitzSimon has been a Counselor here at MacArthur for the past two years. Her career began in 1999 as a Spirit Director and she has been an educator/counselor with NEISD for the past 12 years. Samantha has worked hand in hand with many school organizations and because of her coaching/teaching experience, considers herself as a mentor to her students and looks forward to each and every day she spends with them. Samantha is mother to a beautiful 8 year old daughter named Bailey. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family, traveling, and watching movies.
Degrees: Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Shippensburg University in Shippensburg, PA; Master of Arts in Education from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC.
Certification: Texas Professional Certificate in Guidance and School Counseling.
Interesting Facts: Karen has three children. Her oldest son is a senior at UNT, her daughter is a sophomore at Madison, and her youngest son is in 4th grade. This is her 12th year as a school counselor and her first year at MAC. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, and a variety of outdoor activities. She is very happy to be at MAC and is looking forward to a great year!
