| Keep in shape for cross country by running at your own pace, 3-5 miles
daily.
Cross country starts first day of school. Have completed both the Preparticipation Physical Evaluation Form and the NEISD High School Athletic Participation Form. Cross Country News 2004
Congratulations to Brahma Cross-Country runners Allison Cohen and one male colleague. These Mac juniors finished in the top ten of District 26-5A competition on October 30 at BAC. The boy finished 8th with a time of 17:00 and Allison was the 9th girl to finish with a time of 12:14. Over 120 top runners from Reagan, Judson, Madison, Roosevelt, Smithson Valley, Churchill, Lee and MacArthur raced to finish in the top ten and qualify for Region IV competition on November 6th at UTSA.
