Sport Physicals only for current MacArthur athletes and incoming 9th athletes. Thursday May 22, 2008 at 5:00 P.M.
Cost is $15.00 cash or check (Payable to MacArthur H.S).
Athletes must wear t-shirt & shorts to physical.
ALL COMPLETED PAPERWORK MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE TRAINING ROOM PRIOR TO PHYSICALS.
