Welcome to another
exciting year at Lee High School. Caprica Wells, the assistant
principal for L House. My journey begins in the big city of Cameron,
Texas (5700 people) I graduated from C. H. Yoe High School in 1993. Go

Temple Junior
College was the next exit where I received my Associates Degree. It
is now known simply as Temple College.

Stopping at
Southwest Texas State was an awesome experience that opened my world
and motivated me to be everything and to help others to share this
paradigm. This university has recently changed it’s name to Texas
State University. What is with all my schools changing their names
after I leave???

My first and only
teaching experience was at John Jay High School for seven years; I
also coached the Lady Mustangs for these seven years. It was during
this time that I decided to attend Texas A&M in Kingsville and
received a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership. |

This paved
the way to working here at Lee High School where the educational
journey continues. My desire is to help the students, teachers, and
staff to continue to strive for excellence and be the best that they
can be. When you know better, you do better.
