Las Lomas Elementary is a proud Leader in Me Lighthouse School. We base our school culture on the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and work to develop the leader in every child. All students have leadership roles in their classrooms. In addition, students may apply to participate in the following leadership organizations.



Honor Choir

The Las Lomas Honor Choir is a 4th and 5th grade auditioned, student-led performing group.

  • Recycling program
  • Can Tab Collection for the Ronald McDonald House (over 30 gallons collected during Spring 2014 semester!)

Patrols are a service organization responsible for maintaining building and campus safety as students arrive and leave the campus. Patrols pratice the 7 habits at all times in order to set an example for all students at Las Lomas.

The purpose of the 5th Grade Strings Program is to introduce 5th grade students to the instruments that comprise the Orchestra programs in middle and high school. These instruments include violin, viola, cello, and bass.
