Hello,

My name is Roslin Serrato and I'm your new Larkspur Elementary school nurse.  I graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1998.  Since then I have worked at The University Hospital, one of San Antonio's main trauma hospitals for nine years.  I am happy and very excited to be your school nurse.

I'm looking forward to having a very successful school year by providing safe and efficient care to your children.  In order to help me do so, I would like to offer parents a few suggestions:

• If your child requires medication at school, please provide me with the appropriate "medication administration request" form signed by the doctor and parent along with the medication.

• ALWAYS ALWAYS notify me when you have a change of phone number.

• If your child is in pre-kinder or kinder, please carry an extra set of clothes in the backpack for bathroom accidents.
