Library Staff: Mrs. Bailey, Librarian Mrs. LaGrone, Librarian Mrs. Harvie, Library clerk Hours: Monday – Friday:  8:00-4:30 Mission: The Johnson Library will strive to serve and assist Johnson High School’s community by providing a wide variety of up-to-date knowledge resources, which make a positive impact on academic achievement. Vision: To provide a welcoming and scholarly environment where students can effectively locate and utilize resources for academic research as well as recreational reading. Circulation: Up to 5 books may be checked out for 3 weeks and can be renewed. Reference books may be checked out after school for overnight use and must be returned before first period the next school day. Student ID is required to check out books. Overdue Fines: General collection:  10 cents a day Reference books:  $1.00 a day Students with overdue obligations may not check out other materials until fines are cleared. Passes: Before and after school – no passes required From class – A pink pass is required and only one student per pass.  Only 4 students at a time per class. During lunch – A blue pass is required.  Get one from any teacher before lunch. Copies (for school work only): From computer: 10 cents a page From copier machine:  10 cents a page CHAMPS: C ell phones are not allowed in the library. H ave a seat in the library.  You must be seated. A lways have a pass when coming to the library except before/after school. M ake sure you are working on an assignment or reading. P lease, no food, drinks, or gum in the library. S ilence is golden!  Moderate noise level please. Computers: Computers are for school work only. You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
