FAQ's about NEISD online Registration
In order to register your child for classes at Jackson Middle Schooll, please call us at 442-0550 ext 232. We will be glad to make an appointment with your child’s counselor.
You will be required to bring the following items you with to begin the registration process:
1) Proof of residence:
a) Apartment renters will need a current Lease Agreement/Contract
b) Homeowners or renters will need a current utility bill (water or electricity)
2) Withdrawal form from the previous school
3) Immunization Record (must be current/updated)
4) Certified Birth Certificate
5) Most current report card
6) Test scores if available
7) Student's Social Security card (actual card is needed to make a copy for the student file)
